Welcome to our cozy and comfortable holiday apartment, which is perfect for your next family vacation! With a size of 45 square meters, it offers enough space and comfort for up to four guests all year round.

In the two bedrooms, you will find modern LCD satellite TVs, so you don't have to miss your favorite shows during your vacation. Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with a comfortable double bed, ensuring restful nights. For our little guests, we are happy to provide an additional practical cot.

In the living area, you can expect a first-class entertainment program thanks to a large screen TV with DVD HiFi system and digital satellite reception. Whether you are planning a cozy movie night with the family or just want to relax and listen to music - our technical equipment leaves nothing to be desired.

The fully integrated kitchen is the centerpiece of our holiday apartment. Here you will find modern built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, a stove with oven, and a refrigerator - perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying your vacation to the fullest.

The bathroom of our holiday apartment impresses with a comfortable shower, a toilet, and pleasant underfloor heating. After a long day in nature, you can relax here and recharge your batteries.

Directly connected to the apartment, there is an inviting terrace. There you will find a barbecue fireplace and comfortable garden furniture - the perfect place to end the warm summer evenings. You can park your car directly in front of our house during your stay.

Our prices naturally include bed linen and towels, as well as all additional costs such as energy and water. During your stay, you also have access to free Wi-Fi and the use of a washing machine and dryer.

In case you want to treat yourself during your stay, you can use our in-house sauna with an accompanying bathroom for an additional fee.
